About Organic Wheat Grain
Wheat grain is a whole wheat grain packed with natural protein and fibre and can be used as an alternative to barley. Add to salads or soups and stews for added texture and nutrition. Alternatively it can be cooked and served in a similar way to rice, quinoa and couscous.
Our organic wheat grain can be milled into an organic flour that can be used to create many sweet and savoury recipes such as cakes, muffins, bread and crackers.

Directions for use: Soak prior to using and simmer for about 40 minutes until soft.

Cooking Instructions
