Organic Pinto Beans Cover with plenty of cold water and leave overnight. If in a hurry, use boiling water and leave to stand for 2 hours. Cook in fresh water for 1 hour, or 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.

1. Soak for 6-8 hours or overnight. 2. Rinse, add to pan and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat, partly cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender. 4. Drain and serve.
